2 Adult Fiction & 1 Jr. Fiction Books

I have read 2 adult fiction books and 1 junior fiction book this week.  It is less than what I would normally read but I am trying to read more novels now and I am trying to get away from things just being about the number.  I might get some more graphic novels this week. With a new month, I can get more books from the Hoopla app.  But I would prefer to read more adult fiction.

I have read….

Adult Fiction

  1. Funny Story by Emily Henry

  2. Normal People by Sally Rooney

Junior Fiction

1.      The Secret Bedroom by R.L. Stine

I threw my shoulders out this week, so I couldn’t sit in one spot for too long which is why I didn’t read as much but my current reading plans are to be reading one Ali Hazelwood book and one thriller book.  Some of the books that I have are library books, so I do need to make sure that I get those back to the library by their due date as well.

I only read 3 books this week, which is fine, but I would have preferred to have read more but there isn’t anything that I can do about it now, I guess.

I am happy with what I have read.  I am most happy that I was able to get Funny Story by Emily Henry from the library as soon as I did.  It was a quick pick, so I had to return it in one week, but I was able to read it in one week, so it wasn’t that bad overall.

I think at the end of the day If I am reading.  I have read 3 books this week and that is something that I should be proud of.

I am willing and wanting to read more, which I think is great and I know that it is something new and it is great.

I do hope that I can keep this going by reading another 3 books this week.  I think that I can as I can usually read thrillers quickly and Ali Hazelwood’s books are pretty small.

Remember to use your local library and borrow books from friends!  Support your local independent bookstores as well!
