2 Books Read!

I have read one book and 1 comic today, and that is more than what I was expecting to be honest!

I am happy that I have taken the time to read and that I have the privilege of having all these books. But let's do a breakdown of what I have read this week and what I have thought about them.

The Amalfi curse by Sarah Penner

This is a really good book by Sarah Penner, she never seems to fail!This book jumps from April 1821 to the present day. In 1821, we are following a love story as well as some witches and discovering how some ships got sunk and for what reason.In the present day, we are following an archaeologist, Haven, who is also a diver, who is investigating some ship wrecks off the coast of Amalfi in Italy.She doesn't know what it is she is looking for at the beginning, but knows that she is finishing off what her father started. She quickly discovers a lot more than what she bargained for!

Emily and the Strangers Breaking the Record Sign on the X! by Rob Reger, Mariah Huehner & Cat Farris

This comic is really good. It is about Emily and The Strangers being approached by Awesomely Awesome Records and how they want to sign the band.Emily sees right through that and thinks that something is fishy with it, and it turns out that she is right! What will happen next in this comic series?!

I am happy that I have found the comic book but I am unsure if I am going to find the other 2 in the series but if I do I know that I will enjoy reading it!

I have had a great time so far this week ready and I am looking forward to finishing All My Puny Sorrows by Marium Toews!
