This week I have had a rather productive reading week where I have read 2 books and 1 short story this week!  I am excited to keep ready more Abby Jimenez books with Say You’ll Remember Me this week.

Ready or Not by Cara Bastone

I thought this book was another banger by Cara Bastone. She has done it again.This book follows Eve, who had a one-night stand with a bartender named Ethan. The first people she tells are her childhood best friends, Willow and Shep.without Eve even realizing it, Shep steps in and helps Eve out. Ethan is involved to an extent, but he is involved in an on-again, off-again relationship with his girlfriend, and they were off when Ethan and Eve got together.Shep is always around and helps Eve out when he can, but he does have her back, and it is something that Eve starts to take notice of when she realizes that she is crushing hard on him.Shep is ready to be a sudo dad for Eve's baby and a really good boyfriend to Eve.

Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez

This book is the 2nd installment in the Part of Your World series, and it follows Briana and Jacob, who are both hospital.Jacob is having a hard time starting at this new hospital after all, as all of the patients on her first day have died. It's not his fault, but it is hard to adjust, especially with his anxiety. After having a run-in with Briana he decides to write her a letter to apologize to her for what happened. Briana forgave him, but she was preoccupied with her younger brother, who is need of a new kidney.Jacob, on a whim, decides to get tested and is a perfect match with his kidney. Out of the goodness of his heart, he decides to donate it, but gets Briana to fake date him before the surgery. During the fake dating, they end up falling in love!

The Situationship by Abby Jimenez

I thought that this was super cute. This follows Maddy, who is Emma's friend from Just for the Summer, and she is in Waken, being a nurse full-time with Emma so she can start to heal from her childhood trauma.Maddy run's into Doug, and they go to the late to have a fun time, but she doesn't want to get too involved as she knows that she will have to leave if Emma runs, but for right now she is going to enjoy her time with Doug!

I am looking forward to the following week when I can read more by Abby Jimenez and that I can listen to more books.  I am just glad that I am getting to my TBR and that I am enjoying my summer of romance!  I am in my romance era!
