What you eat vs. How much exercise

What do you think is more important, what you eat or how much you do exercise? Do you think it is a combination of both?

Do you find that you are always on a diet? How often do you exercise? How often do you change how or what you are eating and your exercise routine?

I believe that one of the reasons why people are always dieting and trying new ones is that it isn't that the old one isn't working its that when you first start doing something new with how you eat you tend to loose some weight but once your body gets used to how it is eating it doesn't loose any more weight which is why I believe people tend to stop doing it and go to the next diet.

I think people tend to forget that if you want to loose weight you need to create a calories restrictive diet. Keeping in mind that your body still needs a certain amount of calories each day to function properly.

Do you count calories? Do you think that counting calories is the way to do? Do you think something else is more important then counting calories?

I think that exercise works in a very similar way to diets where once your body gets use to the type of exercise it is doing it doesn't become that much of a work out.

Changing things up and keeping everything in moderation is the way to go. There is definitely no one way to do something.

I once heard that it is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. I am not 100% if this is true but I do like this ratio or believe that it is right for me. I tend to eat horrible majority of the time and when I tend to eat better the weight does come off, but this is just me personally.

I have also heard that walking is better over all then running or jobbing. Trying to get at 8,000 to 10,000 can really help you out. I heard that it can lower stress and anxiety, which are things that we can all lower in out lives. Walking is has a lot lower instant impact on your body but over all has the same affect that you are looking for. Your lower legs will also look very nice if you want this much every day.

How and what you do in your every day life is up to you. Do you think that exercise is really necessary? Do you think that you are the exception to the rule? How much activity is really required in your every day life? Do you need to have a gym a membership? Does it matter that you go to the gym 3-4 times per week?

Do you think that eating is the better way to go about weight loss? What all it is what you are putting in that does need to come out? Does what you eat really matter? For example can you really have a piece of chocolate cake everyday?
