What is eating ‘right’?


Is there a right way to be eating? Is there a wrong way to be eating? Is the ‘right’ way of eating the ‘healthy’ way? Is everyone’s vision of healthy the same? Is a guide or rule book that we should all be living our lives by? Should we all be eating the same way? Is there a best way that you can eat? Where do you get your information on eating the best way that you can? Do you see a nutritionist or a personal trainer? Is seeing a nutritionist a good idea? Do you follow a diet? Do you know what is best for you?

I do think there is a better way to be eating. Everyone’s needs are different, and it is up to you to find out what is the best for you. If you want to speak with a nutritionist or have help from a personal trainer then that is great. What is good for me may not be good for you and so forth, but I do feel that we all do have some sort of common ground where we can share information.

Research is something that should never be underestimated. Research what is the best thing for you is going to be an ongoing uphill battle. The more knowledge that you have is only better for you in the future.

There is so much information out there it is up to you to decide what is best. Communicate with those around you to find that is the best thing for you. You do not want to be making a whole lot of changes in your life all at one time. Make smaller ones to get you to the place where you want to be. Change comes slow to most people and you do not want to get defeated quickly and not follow though or worse of progress in what you want to be doing.

I do not think that you should be thinking of what you eat as a diet but as a lifelong change that you want to be making to make you life a happier longer life. You cannot to be eating the best you can be so your body is working in unison. Your body is a temple and treat it as such. Think about the long term not just for today or the next 30 to 90 days.

Three things that may help when it comes to eating right may be:

  1. What you are eating now and how you want to be eating in the future to suit the best eating your body needs.

  2. The exercise that you are doing now and the exercise that you can easily fit into your regularly schedule that is really exercise.

  3. Your mind set.Your mind is an immensely powerful thing.It plays tricks on you.Junk or garbage food, food that is bad for you is addictive and is made to be so, so that way you will continue to eat it.

These things are just some food for thought. Take it or leave it no matter what your opinion is. Make sure you do your research and you find what is the ‘right’ way for you to be eating.
