Classics & Audiobooks!

I have had a great week with having read 5 books.  I have read….

  1. Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros

  2. Two Can Play by Ali Hazelwood

  3. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button by F. Scott Fitzgerald

  4. The Art of War by Sun Tzu

  5. How to Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie

This is what I thought of each one!

Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros

This novella is super spicy, but it is an enemy-to-lovers story about 2 people who work for competing gaming companies who are forced to work together on a project that they want to build a video game based on a novel series that they both enjoy!

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button by F. Scott Fitzgerald

I thought that this is well done and it does show how funny and weird it is for someone who looks old but is 16 and someone who looks to be 16 but is 50 years old.It is a lot different in the movie but it is the strive of the son needing to be the father and the grandfather needing to step in and be the best father that he can be given the circumstances.

The Art of War by Sun Tzu

I thought that it was a bit of a dry read.  I listened to the audiobook and followed along.  It was worth the read though.

I never knew that war was art.  The greatest thing that you can do is to know your enemy.
