To stay cool, calm and collected is something that I strive for to be most of the time.
I would like to try to be always in control, but I know that is something that I cannot be and that the more you try to control something the more you are not something in the end.
I try to stay even tempered as well. Things are going to happen and the most you can do is to work with people versus against them and to know that what ever will happen is going to happen and the more you don’t want it to happen the worse it is going to be.
Live is very fluid. You may want life to go a certain today but as time will tell you that it will always be changing and there is nothing you can do to stop it.
Things will always happen and the best you can do to stick with it the better you will do with your day.
Getting angry at the situation or at something the worse of an outcome you could have. The last thing you want to do is to lash out on someone because of something that just happened.
What are some techniques that you use to calm yourself down or deal with a difficult situation?
I just like to remind myself that it will all be over soon. Nothing in life will ever go on forever. Time heals all wounds. Somethings will inevitably stay with you whether you want them to or not but to process the emotions the best you can is the only you can do.
At the end of the day, you can always go home and have a sleep or watch whatever feel good movie or show that will help dissipate the pain.
The workday will always end, the day will always end, the weekend will get here eventually, and you are the sole person who can make things happen. You can be that change. Find a good support team that will help you and be there to help you out every step of the way.
