I have had quite a lazy week this week with only finishing one book this week when I could have finished four.
I have finished Middle of the Night by Riley Sager which is a fantastic supernatural thriller by him. I have read most of his books and they never fail to be great books.
My foot is almost 100% healed and I am excited to finish Hogwarts Legacy this week as well as the WondLa series. I will also be finishing the TV show (Degrassi the Next Generation) this week as well, which in a way I think I am most excited about due to no longer being a slave to the TV.
I want to do a lot more than watching TV, I feel that TV does hold me back in a lot of different ways. I feel that you tend to remember life when you are going out and living it and not when you are on the couch watching TV. I mean I remember things more so when I am sitting on someone else's couch and not my own but then again, I am out and doing something!
Video games are a lot of fun, but I do think that I need to find another game to obsess over. I am on my second round of Hogwarts Legacy, but I do enjoy playing it.
I would like to get more reading this week which is what my plan is. I do enjoy getting books from the library and the bookstore but I do feel that I need to pull the rains on that a bit until I can start reading more of the books that I already have but more so I need to be sure that I can guarantee that I can read more than one book a week. I want to be able to read consistently 2 books a week which I think is going to be a big commitment, but I think I can manage it if I buckle down at the end of the day to do it!
I am planning on finishing the WondLa series and I think that is a good goal for me as they are junior books so it shouldn’t take that long!
What are your reading plans?
