Exercise is good for you I think everyone knows that. I also hear that making sure that you get some sort of exercise 3 times a week is also good but what about getting 15 minutes of exercise a day?
Ultimately, I think that getting some sort of physical activity is good for you. It releases a whole lot of endorphin's that do make you feel great.
I think that food is the most abused drug that we have, and exercise is the most under utilized anti-depressant, but I don’t know anything, and I am not a nutritionist or a doctor. All I know is that when I get some sort of exercise in every day, I do tend to feel better.
I try not to set boundaries for myself where I must do these exercises or another or for a certain time limit or get a certain number of steps in per day, but I do try to at least do something. A body that is in motion stays in motion. As with anything the hardest thing that you will have to do is to just get started.
Does exercise do well for you know and for the future?
Well, I just know that I try to do simple things now like trying to create the habit of going out for walks now because I know that in thirty years from now going out for a walk a few times a week will be super easy to manage and to do. I may not be able to go outside and walk three times a week but maybe getting a treadmill or going to the mall and doing laps will be the best option for me.
I know that exercise does help me and will continue to help me in the future plus it is for my mental and physical health so this is why I would I am trying to make an effort to make it a part of my regular life.
