How to Diet…
I find that the term diet should just be forgotten as to me it implies that it is something that is short term.
How you eat every day is something that is ever changing for the rest of your life.
What I mean is that you could eat a certain way and loose weight but when you need to change up your diet to continue to lose weight or you get to your desired weight and stop the diet you will either stay the same weight or gain all the weight back.
I think that each day is different, and you should treat it as such. Go with the flow really. I guess at the end of the day you do need to have a clear way that you would like to eat every day and to stick to it, but ultimately, I think that you really do need to assess what how you eat every day.
For example, if you are doing more of a workout that day, you will need to eat a bit more. If you are going to a social gathering where there will be more food out, then you should set a limit to how much you are going to eat when out, but you as well should make sure that you are eating ‘lightly’ before and after the meal, so you don’t over or under eat.
Everyone’s needs are different, and I am not a nutritionist, but I am very interested on how people do eat.
I find that I eat to much through out my day and a lot of it has to do with the fact that I snack instead on focus on meals.
Exercise should be something that you are doing on a regular basis. Do what you can do now and work up to the place that you want to be at.
Eating isn’t something that is going away, and I bet you will always have something to eat but don’t stress or over do anything. Just get what you need in a day.
Sugary and salt products like candy, chocolate and chips are not going to disappear tomorrow, next week or next year so don’t over do it. Eat it slowly and savour what you are digesting and appreciate what it is for what it is, nourishment.
Do what is best for you in your life but generally and specially get what you want out of your daily diet.
