I have done some reading this week but it has more been about doing the little things around the house that needs to get done as well as going out with friends.
Every time I think that things are going to ‘settle’ down and I will be able to spend most of my day or evening reading something will always happen and I will need to make the time for that.
I am very excited to know that I am able to do things and that I have a good set of friends around me to be able to do everything but at the same time it would be nice to have a day off where I don’t need to be doing something!
There is always something to do as well which is part of the problem as well.
This week I have read Betting On You by Lynn Painter. This is what I thought about it.
I thought the book was super cute. It is about these 2 teens who meet on a plane after visiting their parents, who live in another state. After the flight, Bailey feels that she will never have to see Charlie again. He shows up at her high school. They end up having a budding relationship when Bailey finds out the hard way that Charlie might have placed a bet on whether or not he could 'get' her. After all the mess that is teenage angst, they end up having to restart their budding romance!
I thought that it was a pretty good read and that it is another good teen romance by Lynn Painter but I am looking forward to reading an adult fiction of hers in Happily Never After.
I am excited to have all of these books to be reading and that it is something that I do need to make more time in doing as I do enjoy doing it.
I am going to have to make more time to be reading my books and I do want to do that. I might be donating some more books to mini libraries but you will have to pay attention to my short feed for that!
