Now, before it becomes big

There is no time like the present to do what needs to get now.

I find that if I do not take the time to do what needs to be done, then just the thought of it becomes looming and gets bigger and bigger. Before I know it, it becomes so big that it becomes this huge unmanageable task that feels very defeating and that I can not get it done. The more I break it down into smaller steps sometimes it just becomes a task that is twice the size. So, I find that I need to just get it done so that it is done, and I don’t need to worry about it and I get feel a lot better about myself and the day.

The more you do things the more things will get done and you don’t need to worry about it, and you can move onto other things as well.

I have heard that there is something called the 72-hour rule where you must complete your ‘To Do’ list or whatever you need to get down with in 72 hours or else it just won’t get done or it will become harder to get the task done.

No matter what happens there is always going to be things that come up and more and more tasks will happen so try to just get everything done.

What I find what works best for me, is when I first get home from work, to do all of the things that I couldn’t do because I was at work, get them right out of the way so I can move on and do different things and then right after dinner I try and do everything else including doing the dishes so I can finish my night by reading or really just unwinding with my evening.

I find that its like communication as well, if you don’t take the time out to communicate then all of a sudden you are going to lash out at someone and they are not going to know why or what caused this because the world does not revolve around you or them, but if you take the time to really communicate what is going on at that specific time to them in the moment. Take note that you may end up having to share the same thing multiple times to them before they hear you and the odd time with the odd thing, they may never hear you, but you always have to try and communicate and express yourself in the best way that you can.

Just remember there is no time like the present! Keep it simple and do your best. Do what ever you can to make the task simple, small, and timely so you can move on to the next task that needs to be done. Things do not need to be big but the longer you do wait the bigger it may become. Life should be stress free and full of fulling things so go and get moving!
