Past, Present or the Future

There are many different sayings out there that you must always look forward in life and not into your past, if you want to know where you are going in life then you need to know where you have been right?

Change is hard but you always need to know where you are going so you don’t make the same mistakes over and you don’t keep doing the same thing hoping that you don’t keeping doing the same thing but expect different results.

I know that you want to look to the future as well but being present in the moment that you are in so much better than what you really want to be doing. You are not a fortune teller, so you do not know what is going to happen to you at any one moment in time which is a good thing but at the same time you really don’t want to worry about it.

Worrying usually means that you suffer twice, and no amount of stress or anxiety is going to change what is going to happen.

Change can be easy or hard for anyone and it all depends on who you are and what you want to accomplish. Sometimes all you need to do is break it down into smaller more manageable steps and take it easier on yourself to be able to make that change. Anything is possible all you must do is come up with a plan to change it.

The past can really help you with this as it will be able to help make plans more accurate, so you don’t fall into the same traps as you have done before. You always want to fine tune what you are doing.

Being in the moment and being present can help you to appreciate the present and what you want to be doing in the present moment and life currently. It is the mot up to date information that you have and can consider what it is that you want out of life and how you can get there with what you have currently.

Never stop trying to get to the place where you want to be in life.
