Purpose, Produce and Paunch

I ate to close together so I just need to make sur that I don’t have a snack later this evening.

I ate generally well but I had a pop and cookies because I made my meal a combo. I got a sub but I added cheese and three sauces with it so it really wasn’t altogether healthy but I did have something generally more healthy then burger and fries.

I did have a veggie burger for dinner but I added some peppers so I guess it was alright.

It is a tricky ground to see what I am doing but I need to continue to navigate what I am wanting to do with my diet.

What are the lessons that I have learned today?

1. Don’t order food, you don’t necessarily always need to be eating

2. Don’t get extra’s onto a meal, also known as don’t get a combo

3. Stick to what you know and don’t snack.

I do feel pretty full right now and I do have things to do to help keep me distracted and busy to be sure that I don’t feel bored that I eat.

I do like that I have lots of options that I can munch on if needed like peppers and some apples if I do feel like I need to eat.

I feel like I need to be able to stay consistent and to always tell myself the goals that I have and how I am going to get there. I want to be eating less and more satiating meals so that way I don’t find the need to be eating at all times.

Things that I want to continue doing going forward:

1. Not snacking

2. Have two plant based meals that are very satiating

3. To remember that you don’t always need to be having a combo with what you are eating

4. To cut down on the toppings and sauces that you may be having

5. To know that it is ok to not always be purchasing lunch

6. I can pack my own lunch

Altogether I want to be having more days like today where I can be eating two meals that are reasonable healthy and good for me.
