Purpose, Produce and Paunch

Today was a day of take outs. I made sure to have some veggies as a snack but I did purchase lunch, dinner and dessert. Needless to say I am fully stuffed and bloated. I didn’t need the ice cream but I did get some, I was able to bring my husband out for a walk which was nice. It is nice to get out for a walk. Sometimes that is all that you need.

I like how I went for a walk. It isn’t that hard to believe that only a few years ago I wouldn’t want to go out for a walk, I was very much anti exercise. Just the short walk to get ice cream despite getting ice cream wouldn’t be worth it and would have made me cringe at the fact that I would want to do it. I think that it is a good idea that I have been making myself go out for walks. I can’t wait for the cooler weather to come and to go out for walks and the heat. I like going out for walks. One of the reasons why I started going out for walks is that I do have the stamina to go out for walk so going out for a walk to get ice cream isn’t so hard.

Now I think that I need to work on getting less food and as long as I keep what I am eating as clean as I can. I want to have food to be working for me and to support for the functioning for my body to push me forward. I want to have clear skin and to have the feeling of satiated without feeling heavy and bloated. I would like to continue to break down the barriers that I build up for myself. I would like to be able to get to the point where all of my food choices come more natural to me.

The lessons that I have learned today is that I need to be eating less food, limit my takeout food and to be eating as clean and healthy as I can be.
