Well I didn’t have a reason to eat anything today but I did eat and I over ate.
How the day went, I went by the fries wagon so I got some fries. I wasn’t hungry at all but I did order and eat some fries.
On the plus side I made myself eat my banana and apple before I ate the fries. I didn’t eat my veggies at work so I had them when I came home, followed by a bag of chips, some swiss rolls and a burger. I honestly over ate today.
I was full but didn’t pay attention to my body and continued to eat, eat and eat. I didn’t need any of the food but here we are. I am overstuffed in no need of any food.
I feel like I need to take a step a way from food and be more blaze about the entire thing. Maybe then I would not eat and I would know that, that is ok. Food isn’t really something that needs to be fixed but is something that is there and I don’t need to be doing anything about it until I have to at the end of the day.
I need to learn to eat less food as well. It is a long weekend this weekend and I have a bag to take to donates so I hope that I can get a walk in. I may also need to go to the second-hand media store so I could combine the walks and a friend wants to go on a long walk as well so it should be a great weekend to get some exercise just as long as the walks keep on going on.
The lessons that I have learned today:
1. Just because I walk past a restaurant doesn’t mean I have to eat there
2. Yes, it is important to eat your vegetables but it doesn’t mean that I have to eat them all just to say that I have eaten them when you know that you are going to have lots of other food that evening
3. It is ok not to eat especially when you are not hungry.
