Reading 2 Books

I have read two books this week and I am satisfied with that!  I am excited that I get to go away this weekend to spend some time with some family which is why the flog is so short this week but at least there is a vlog right!

This week I have read….

1. First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston

2. The City of Ember The Graphic Novel by Jeanne DuPrau

First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston

This book is worth reading, especially if you are into thrillers.It is about a girl named Evie Porter who is working different types of jobs on behalf of Mr. Smith for some quick cash. Evie wants to get out of the business, but knows she has no choice but to continue.Evie's true identity is kept secret, and this interconnected web of lies is getting out of hand quickly, but who survives the destruction?

The City of Ember The Graphic Novel by Jeanne DuPrau

This graphic novel is fast-paced and straight to the point, but I am unsure if I would have understood it if I hadn't watched the movie beforehand.We have this town of Ember, which is underground and is starting to lose power, and there are problems with the pipes.These 2 classmates Lina and Doon work together to figure out what is going on and to see if there is more than their city of Ember.

I can always come home to read more next week, but I just need to be thankful that I am reading and that I have the time to be reading.  I am happy that you guys get to come with me on this journey to read as well!
