QT returned the favour in the Pulp Fiction soundtrack notes by thanking Nirvana. Sadly, the timing of the release meant the thanks were followed by ‘RIP Kurt’.

Good to know now; unfortunately, when the oath took effect in 1848, many would-be duelists turned to murderous street brawls instead.
