You are what you eat.
I know that this has been said several times before but you are honestly what you eat at all times.
If you tend to eat more whole, nutritious and plant based then you will continue to get more from that, if you don’t then you will feel more sluggish.
Marketing is really a science. They know how to get you. Food that is bad for you is always marketed to be at the end of the isles or right at the check outs.
Everything that you need is right at the check outs. You don’t need to worry about anything else. The more you go into the store the more you don’t need it. Try to stay as fresh and plant based as you can.
Try to focus on how food really affects your mind and body. How do you feel if you eat at your best or at your worst. I find that after I eat a lot of carbs I tend to be more lethargic and not want to do much but sleep but if I tend to eat more wholly and natural then I just want to attack the world and have all the energy to do what needs to be done.
Carbs are addictive which means the more you eat them the more you want to have them in your life and the more that it sticks to your body.
There is plenty of research that has been done about how eating more plant based is really the way to go.
Food is something that happens on a daily. Decide each day which type of eating that you want to be. Decide first thing in the morning so you don’t have to worry and you can focus on the things that really matter in your life.
Chose to be the person that you want to be. Life the lifestyle of the person that you want to achieve. If you want to be a certain weight then eat what someone that size would be eating. if you want to be a body builder then start behaving like a body builder would behave like.
Make your own choices for you and do what you feel is best for you. Do not listen to what others set out for you at all. You know your body and lifestyle the best therefor you are the only one who knows that needs to be done to achieve your own goals. No matter what you do remember you are a reflection of what you eat at all times, your mind and body show it.
