Dippit! Round Up of a Novella

This week, I have really made the effort to redo the naming conventions of a lot of my short content that I have on my YouTube channel, as well as taking the time to create and move things to different playlists.

This took days to complete as I had to go into almost every single shot that I had created and change or modify it in some way or fashion.  It took a long time to do it, but I am happy that I did, since there were some that I wouldn’t have known to move to a different playlist if I didn’t go into it and just finish it.

I did read a novella though, which I think is great, and I think that everyone should read it if you a Ali Hazelwood fan.

Below are my thoughts on the novealla

First by Ali Hazelwood

I think this writing has really blown me out of the water. I am really impressed with how this is written, and I am happy that Ali has written this novella. This novella follows Sophia and Gabriel, who are Omega's. In a futuristic world where Alphas and Omegas and they do have scents that make them more attractive to their mates. They technically have met once as young adults, but haven't seen each other in a long time. They were destined to be together.Sophia is a healer, and Gabriel is a general, and they have to work it out to stay together as well as keep up with the standards of their society. This type of writing is what I want to see more of from Ali, it was really enjoyable.

The novella was great, and I would highly recommend this book to those who are fans of Ali Hazelwood.  I wasn’t expecting to find this book, but I am happy that I did.

I have a mixed relationship with what Ali Hazelwood writes, and I think that's mainly because she can write a novella like this and make it good, but then her other books that have come out lately are just so spicy that they don’t have any substance to them. I also get that women have to put themselves aside for men in relationships. Still, I feel like a lot of her books come across as at first being about being a woman in science and taking herself seriously, and then giving it all up for a man, which I don’t think is a good thing to be betraying.  A woman can be in a relationship and not forget all other obligations.

At the end of the day, ai am happy that I read the novella because it allowed me to focus on other projects that I have and am happy that I was able to go through them.

Until, next week, happy reading everyone, on the next weekly Dippit!
